Jon has more than 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare, CRO and Pharmaceutical industries. Holding leadership positions in both Clinical Operations and Clinical Finance roles.
Formerly Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology at MSD, he led both the Clinical Research Manager and Finance Clinical Operations Manager teams, responsible for the strategic implementation and delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials within the UK and Ireland.
As well as working in the Pharma/Biotech industry, Jon has also held roles in ICON, the NHS and the National Institute for Health Research, giving a unique insight into the challenges of trial delivery. Jon co-founded nmible in order to address some of these challenges.
Non-Executive Director
Graeme was recently Chief Technology Officer for a tech start up developing software products for Life Sciences. He assisted growth through acquiring three US-based tech companies leading to its ultimate acquisition. Owning the product vision & roadmap, he steered the analysis& development teams and forged strong relationships within US and global pharmaceutical clients.
Previously, Graeme designed and developed financial software, managed technology teams & departments, and provided advisory and delivery consultancy to central government, NHS and Microsoft. His technology career began with a degree and PhD in Computer Science from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
Graeme currently focusses on three non-executive roles as well as his passions for screenwriting, Leeds United and Ulster Rugby.
Non-Executive Director
Seb has over 25 years of experience in finance, both in the public and private markets. He currently holds the position of Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Mirada Medical and previously has held leadership positions at Induction Healthcare PLC, DrugDev Inc and IQVIA.
During Seb’s time at DrugDev Inc, he was part of the team that executed a buy and build strategy in the clinical trials technology market which led Seb to his role at IQVIA.
With his extensive financial background and his work in the clinical trials technology space, Seb is an invaluable addition to our nmible team and will support us to reach our plans as we grow.
Non-Executive Director
Valérie brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in Clinical research European pharma and biotech field, acquired within GSK, Amgen and MSD.
In her most recent executive director position at MSD, Valérie demonstrated extensive knowledge in Clinical Research with excellence in delivery, collaborating for the best with all parties, engaging teams to shape their present and future.
We are excited to welcome Valérie to our nmible team, bringing her experience, combination of assets with creative vision, sense of partnership and commitment to innovation.
Digital Marketing Manager
Rachel has over 15 years' experience in the retail industry, holding senior positions, responsible for implementing key strategies to deliver sales growth and profitability globally.
Through working with several large UK retailers, Rachel gained extensive experience in brand and relationship management and the importance of sustainability for long term success.
With a degree in Commerce, Rachel has developed a keen interest in digital marketing, understanding the importance of social media utilisation, as a critical platform for business growth.
Rachel's skills and experience are used to drive forward digital marketing at nmible.
Senior Software Engineer
Ines has over 5 years experience in Frontend-, Full stack and Backend developer roles both within Life Sciences and for tech start-ups.
In her most recent position within IQVIA (formerly DrugDev) Ines worked on various complex backend projects, and was a driving force behind the R&D of new scalable technologies.
Ines understands the need to transform software capabilities to improve healthcare and patient outcomes. Her motivation and hard work have led to many successful deliveries.
