Jon has more than 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare, CRO and Pharmaceutical industries. Holding leadership positions in both Clinical Operations and Clinical Finance roles.
Formerly Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology at MSD, he led both the Clinical Research Manager and Finance Clinical Operations Manager teams, responsible for the strategic implementation and delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials within the UK and Ireland.
As well as working in the Pharma/Biotech industry, Jon has also held roles in ICON, the NHS and the National Institute for Health Research, giving a unique insight into the challenges of trial delivery. Jon co-founded nmible in order to address some of these challenges.

With years of experience in the online and software industry, James co-founded nmible to provide innovative technological solutions to the Life Sciences industry.
Previously, James worked with clients on a global scale to consult on, design and develop complex business-leading software to solve problems for his clients in a number of industries, including: eCommerce, finance, pharmaceutical, sports, and more.
As James has been involved in both business and technical decisions throughout his career, he brings this knowledge to the day-to-day operations at nmible.
Stewart has more than 25 years’ experience in the CRO and Drug Development industries, holding senior leadership positions in Operational and Financial roles.
Formerly Vice President, Payments at DrugDev, he led the Grant Payments team for Investigator Sites in the MENA region with overall responsibility for strategic leadership, operational delivery & continuous process improvement.
Prior to DrugDev, Stewart was the European Head of the Investigator Payments Administration team at Quintiles, responsible for the delivery of payment services across all studies.
As co-founder of GMAS Ltd, Stewart provides strategic advisory services to several start-up ventures within Healthcare, Biotechnology and Clinical Research. He is also co-founder of Eden Bioclinical, a CRO focussed on trials across the African continent.
Graeme was recently Chief Technology Officer for a tech start up developing software products for Life Sciences. He assisted growth through acquiring three US-based tech companies leading to its ultimate acquisition. Owning the product vision & roadmap, he steered the analysis& development teams and forged strong relationships within US and global pharmaceutical clients.
Previously, Graeme designed and developed financial software, managed technology teams & departments, and provided advisory and delivery consultancy to central government, NHS and Microsoft. His technology career began with a degree and PhD in Computer Science from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
Graeme currently focusses on three non-executive roles as well as his passions for screenwriting, Leeds United and Ulster Rugby.
James has almost 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 15 years in strategic partnering / investment roles in EU, U.S., and Asia. With a proven track record of leadership at the departmental and regional management level, Mr. Cornwall has sourced and managed biotech equity investments and other investment-based partnerships in the EU and U.S. He has led M&A projects in the CRO sector and led and managed a JV in Asia where he was based for 3 years serving as both a non-executive director for Samsung Biologics, head of corporate development, and regional board member for Quintiles in Asia. Previously, he served as vice president at NovaQuest, Quintiles internal investment group.
Mr. Cornwall holds a Ph.D. and B.Sc. in neuro-pharmacology from University of Bristol, UK and attended executive leadership training at the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School.
Digital Marketing Manager
Rachel has over 15 years' experience in the retail industry, holding senior positions, responsible for implementing key strategies to deliver sales growth and profitability globally.
Through working with several large UK retailers, Rachel gained extensive experience in brand and relationship management and the importance of sustainability for long term success.
With a degree in Commerce, Rachel has developed a keen interest in digital marketing, understanding the importance of social media utilisation, as a critical platform for business growth.
Rachel's skills and experience are used to drive forward digital marketing at nmible.
