Jon has more than 15 years’ experience in the Healthcare, CRO and Pharmaceutical industries. Holding leadership positions in both Clinical Operations and Clinical Finance roles.
Formerly Therapeutic Area Head for Oncology at MSD, he led both the Clinical Research Manager and Finance Clinical Operations Manager teams, responsible for the strategic implementation and delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials within the UK and Ireland.
As well as working in the Pharma/Biotech industry, Jon has also held roles in ICON, the NHS and the National Institute for Health Research, giving a unique insight into the challenges of trial delivery. Jon co-founded nmible in order to address some of these challenges.

Known for strategic foresight and a results-driven approach with a proven track record of enhancing profitability, optimizing financial processes, and steering organizations towards sustainable growth.
Advisor to the Board and highly regarded business partner with experience spanning the EU, Africa, APAC and the USA.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, holding senior roles across SaaS companies and technology-driven organisations. He has led the development of cloud-based platforms used globally and has driven digital strategies covering security, scalability and innovation.
At Nmible, Michael is responsible for directing the technology vision and ensuring the platform scales to meet the complex needs of global clinical trial payments, while building a resilient and empowered engineering team to support the company’s growth.
